Kuldeep Sharma is Founder & CEO of Sparkverse Technologies, where he helps enterprises and professionals unlock the full potential of AI-driven CRM. He is an AI enablement strategist, seasoned architect. With over 14 years of experience spanning technical architecture, marketing, and digital strategy, he has been building intelligent solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem long before AI became an industry buzzword.
Today, he focuses on designing AI-powered architectures that bridge the gap between complex data and seamless customer experiences. Through Sparkverse and his extensive community initiatives, Kuldeep focuses heavily on Agentforce and advanced AI ecosystems – building systems that automate workflows, simplify decision-making, and free up human potential for what actually matters: building and innovating.
His technical depth is backed by an impressive portfolio of credentials, including being 11X Salesforce Certified, 13X Google Certified, and 5X HubSpot Certified. But for Kuldeep, technology isn’t just about badges or writing code. It’s about building scalable, intelligent systems that connect product, process, and people.
A dual threat as both a builder and an educator, Kuldeep is deeply committed to democratizing AI knowledge.

As the Founder of the Agentforce Marketathon program, he has personally mentored over 1,000 professionals, guiding them through the intricacies of AI agents and automation. He runs various continuous AI enablement programs designed to equip the next generation of developers and marketers with the skills to thrive in an AI-first world.

His impact on the global ecosystem is massive and widely recognized. A designated Salesforce MVP and Marketing Champion, Kuldeep leads the Salesforce Jaipur User Group, cultivating a vibrant, active community of over 5,000 members. Beyond local meetups, he is a driving force behind major community movements as the Co-founder of Bharat Dreamin’ and Jaipur Pride, creating inclusive, large-scale spaces for tech professionals to connect, learn, and grow.

At his core, Kuldeep is an architect of both systems and communities.
He believes that the future of the ecosystem lies in empowering people to work alongside AI, rather than just implementing it as a backend tool. In his view, technology is only as powerful as the community that understands how to wield it.
