- No Cancellation / No Refund
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are not available for tickets purchased directly through the official WordCamp Rajasthan registration page.
- Tickets purchased through third-party vendors or resale/transfer are not eligible for refunds.
Partial Attendance
- No refunds will be provided for partial attendance or no-shows.
Transfer of Tickets
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person before 19th September 2026
Event Cancellation
- In the unlikely event that WordCamp Rajasthan is canceled, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees.
- Wordcamp Rajasthan is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
