This document outlines our policy on cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Requests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No Cancellation \/ No Refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are not available for tickets purchased directly through the official&nbsp;<strong>WordCamp Rajasthan registration page<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets purchased through third-party vendors or resale\/transfer are\u00a0<strong>not eligible<\/strong>\u00a0for refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partial Attendance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds will be provided for&nbsp;<strong>partial attendance<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>no-shows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transfer of Tickets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person before 19th September 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the unlikely event that&nbsp;<strong>WordCamp Rajasthan<\/strong>&nbsp;is canceled, a&nbsp;<strong>full refund<\/strong>&nbsp;will be issued to all registered attendees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wordcamp Rajasthan is&nbsp;<strong>not responsible<\/strong>&nbsp;for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation and refund policy, please contact us at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Email:<\/strong>&nbsp;<a>rajasthan@wordcamp.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to this Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WordCamp Rajasthan reserves the right to modify this Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy at any time.
